Services We Offer
We are able to handle a full application for a new access or dropped kerb from start to finish. Alternatively, we can help with certain requirements such as visibility splay drawings, dimensioned and scaled plans or obtaining supporting data such as speed and parking surveys.
Access Dynamics can help provide advice and submit entire applications to obtain and resolve access issues to allow the creation of off-street parking spaces, dropped kerb applications, crossover applications and extended dropped kerb applications.
Visibility Splay & Site Location Drawings
We can produce all technical drawings required for a submission pack, either based on Ordnance Survey data or topographical data. Technical Drawings include dimensioned and scaled drawings, visibility splay drawings and vehicle swept path analysis drawings.
Electric Vehicle Charging
Access Dynamics will help you set up and clear access for EV charge points – we advise on Home, Work place and Public charge points.
Parking Surveys
If on-street parking impacts are highlighted as a concern we are able to organise, undertaken and collate parking data to support a proposal.
Dropped Kerb Advice
Access Dynamics can assist with obtaining a full and new dropped kerb, or extending an existing dropped kerb.
Swept Path Analysis & Detailed Design
We can produce and provide technical detailed drawings including swept path vehicle analysis, gradient profile, dimensioned plans and visibility splay drawings.
Speed Surveys
If specialist speed surveys are required to support a new access or driveway we can organise, undertake and assist.
