Following a Kent County Council Highways Objection we have resolved various issues resulting in the grant of consent for a new dwelling and vehicular access at Oaklands Farm, Hothfield, Kent. Our work involved the creation of technical drawings, reasoned argument all backed up with detailed speed survey assessments.
